My Charitable Fund, an online service that gives clients and financial professionals access to their charitable giving accounts, is a product of Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services, who acts as the Trustees for the Donor Advised and Pooled Income Funds.

The purpose of The U.S. Charitable Gift Trust® is to make grants to U.S. based public charities which are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or for USCGT's charitable purposes. USCGT is located at 2710 Centerville Road Suite 101 Wilmington, DE 19808 . Eaton Vance Distributors, Inc. is a professional charitable fundraiser and a for-profit firm and is soliciting contributions to USCGT for which USCGT pays compensation. The charitable contributions accepted by USCGT, and The Pooled Income Funds are irrevocable. Account values and income distributions will fluctuate. Donors to The USCGT have no right to income or principal. USCGT and The Pooled Income Funds are not guaranteed or insured by any governmental body. Prospective donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisors regarding their specific tax status before contributing.
